Hi Guys, Just wondering if there is anyone on here that suffers with Endometriosis but still tried Clomid? There is a endo boeatd the ladies on there maybe able to help aswell. Endometriosis really relys on oestrogen to grow, clomid massively increases your oestrogen levels and therefore will cause your endo to go mental. All the drugs would have put me further into the menopause, more drugs would be needed to try to kick start it all, leading to low quality eggs, so working with the few i had left seemed the best option. I was only on it two months & had to stop because my tube enlarged and had to have it removed. I would not reccomend it and i wouldnt touch it again. because we were told that conventional ivf wouldnt work for us with my levels. Ive go endo they put me on clomid years ago when they found out what i had. Had to go back on the pill why i waited for op then it caused my side that wasnt to bad really bad cysts on ovary endo everywhere and tube swollen. Few m Onths had to come off it as i was in so much pain with endo. It happened to me after 1 round, I ended up with an 8cm endometrioma on my left ovary to name just one thing clomid did to me. We went to Create Health (Raynes Park & Harley Street). I was put on Gonal F after my op to do the same thing clomid would do but with fsh instead so it wouldn't effect my endo. Theyre latest results for amh under 1 is 16% success which is amazing. I would love to go to CREATE as I have heard such great things about them, but I'm based in Birmingham. Kxx I was never warned and was prescribed it for 6months. My fsh also had risen from 12 to 21, I've never been told, but im convinced it was the clomid! My RE, who is based at the Priory, says he can do natural also, but would really love to attend a clinic that specialise in low AMH'ers. Your order will be packed safe and secure and dispatched within 24 hours. This is exactly how your parcel will look like (pictures of a real shipping item). It has a size and a look of a regular private letter (9.4x4.3x0.3 inches or 24x11x0.7cm) and it does not disclose its contents Just placed my monthly order for Clomid 20 on this site and the delivery status shows “tomorrow” :) I think it’s more than awesome, it’s quite cool to have my pills arriving at my door steps tomorrow!! Last month I thought it’s just luck as I received my pack in 24 hours, but now I know for sure that this place means business. It’s a very nice place to buy stuff from and the only site I managed to find on Google which sells Clomid 20 at a very affordable price. All other places I’ve been through sell Clomid at double the price. Sure recommend this place especially because of their prices but also because of their interesting page and payment methods.
Studies show pregnancy rates are identical starting cc on cd 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. The main difference is starting later its less likely to have a persistent cyst from the past cycle. For patients not monitored by ultrasound cd 5 may be a better choice, with monitoring it makes little-to- no difference. If it is light, check for pregnancy as it may be implantation bleeding. Read more Clomid (clomiphene) works by blocking estrogen in your brain and pituitary gland. This makes the hormones rise which stimulate your eggs to grow. Unfortunately, it also blocks estrogen at the cervix and at your uterine lining. This can harm cervical mucus and make your uterus less receptive. Read more Say as this is not enough info to give an answer as it depends how scarred is the cervix and how much fluid in the uterus and other factors and if u do get preg then u may end up needing a cerclage of the cx if it measures too short due to the scarring which your OB can do an ultrasound to check. Read more Clomid (clomiphene) is a nonsteroidal medication that causes the pituitary glands to stimulate ovulation. Clomiphene citrate (Clomid/Serophene) is by far the most commonly used fertility drug in the world. This is because of its relatively low cost, safety, and the fact that it can be taken orally. Clomiphene is ingested at a dosage of 50mg-200mg daily, usually from day 2-6 of the menstrual cycle. It induces ovulation through its “antiestrogen effect” which, by blocking estrogen receptors in an area of the brain known as the hypothalamus, tricks the brain into “thinking” that estrogen levels are low. In response, the hypothalamus prompts the pituitary gland to release an exaggerated amount of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which in turn stimulates the growth and development of ovarian follicles, ultimately resulting in a surge in the release of pituitary LH. About 38-42 hours later, ovulation occurs from one or more of the larger follicles. As the follicles grow, they release more and more estrogen into the bloodstream, thus closing the feedback circle that the hypothalamus initiated in response to the anti-estrogen properties of Clomiphene.
