4 mg per day for opiate withdrawal, so I did some research. Once when I was withdrawing from junk they gave me one of those patches at the hospital and it did nothing, but they were retarded. These people on here recommending .05mg dosages 3X a day are retarded too. I'd say .6mg/per day is a good starting point for any serious withdrawal. That's what the nurse practitioner who had experience with drug abusers prescribed me. I am an opiate addict, clean for a few months, but for the past 2 I have been taking everything I can get my hands on. I feel like I am in it's clutches all over again, and don't know how to function without it. I have clonidine on hand ( .1’s ) because I was prescribed them for sweating too much. Here is what I currently have: As much Clonidine as needed Benzos temazepam 45mg a day (on it for 10 years so it’s not going to have any euphoric replacement value if that makes sense) Kratom red Bali as much as needed Prescribed Concerta 36mg/day seems to help with cravings while it’s active Phenibut regular user for 4 years so once again this will be of little help. Ok yes I’m prescribed a lot of meds lol at least some of them will be useful here. Clonidine: what dosage should I start taking and how often on day 1 and on? Kratom: I find it useful for cravings but it is definitely not a replacement. I’m told the Clonidine can help with this but I’m not sure what dosage to take. Yes I know I’ll have to come off of Kratom, Clonidine and phenibut but right now this fucking Tia is the first thing to go since it’s the hardest. My biggest problem is the rls or actually restless body syndrome. This is the one thing that fucks with me every time I try and come off. Thanks in advance, I’m really glad there is this sub to help 😊Also should add: I have about 2gs of sodium (my regular sodium order is stuck in clearance so it could be a long long time before I get it. Figured I would just come off now instead)I have lots of sulphate although I find it overstimulating at higher dosages I’ve been on and off Tia for 3 years. I was a 1g or less a day user but for the last 6 months it’s been 2-5gs a day. I know that matters a lot, I forgot to mention it in my original post.
An initial oral dose of 0.1 to 0.2 mg of clonidine hydrochloride followed by hourly doses of 0.05 or 0.1 mg until goal blood pressure is attained that does not. Therefore, it is important that you do not run out of clonidine or miss any doses. Tell your doctor or pharmacist right away if you are unable to take the medication.
